About:
Lauren first started at the Trigatti Lab as a high school summer student in 2018, as part of the Hamilton Health Sciences High School Research Bursary program. She is currently an undergraduate student in the Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) program at McMaster University.
In her free time, Lauren is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys skating, paddling, and working out at the gym.
Research Focus:
Lauren is currently investigating the molecular mechanisms of coronary artery atherosclerosis and myocardial infarction development in the SR-B1/apoE double knockout mouse model of coronary heart disease.
